Karen Kennan
PACE Assistant Executive Director/Director of Children's Services
Having spent more than twenty years working in the non-profit sector, Karen is experienced in fund-raising, program development, strategic planning and community outreach. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University and a MBA from the University of California, Haas School of Business. Her professional experience with fundraising and community development includes Program Director for the Stanford Hillel Foundation; Senior Campaign Associate for the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties; and the Assistant Executive Director for the Albert L. Schultz Jewish Community Center. Karen came to PACE in 2005 as the Director of Development. She is currently the Assistant Executive Director and Director of Children's Services at PACE.

Matt Tritto, M.S.
Clinical Director
Matt joined FACES in 2002 after earning his BA from Loyola Marymount University. He has extensive experience providing direct intervention and supervision of intensive Applied Behavior Analysis with young children on the autism spectrum. In addition, Matt has experience providing parent training, school consultation, and is versed in implementing Discrete Trial Training (DTT) as well as Naturalistic Incidental Teaching. He earned his Masters and BCBA in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University in 2011.

Catherine Norrid
Director of Administration
Catherine completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at The University of Arizona. Catherine has more than eight years experience and more than 9,000 hours providing direct intervention and supervision of intensive analytic treatment programs with children with autism spectrum disorders, aged 2 to 10 years old. She is currently working on Board Certification through the University of Nevada, Reno.

Kelly Montague, M.S., BCBA
Case Consultant
Kelly joined FACES in 2005 and has recently earned her M.S. in ABA and has obtained her BCBA certification.
